This is one of the last remaining original Noosaville motels, situated right on the Noosa River with only parkland separating the complex from the river. It is situated on Gympie Terrace, 200 metres from the Noosa Yacht and Rowing Club and 500 metres from the Tewantin-Noosa Bowls Club. Shops and restaurants are within easy 10 minute walk along the Noosaville foreshore.

Regency Waterfront has a solar heated swimming pool, barbecue area and fronts on to spacious waterfront parkland.
